About Us

Wild Pansy Farm’s flagship project is the construction of a USDA-certified organic produce handling and processing facility in Seymour, IN. Our food hub will bridge gaps between specialty crop growers and wholesale markets, and open new sales channels for certified organic and conventional growers alike. We do this by aligning farm suppliers to the in-demand varieties of our wholesale customers. We then aggregate raw farm produce to clean, process, and pack it for co-packers, pickle and sauce manufacturers, schools, and healthcare institutions.

Meet the Team

Ann Craig and Sean Cox built Wild Pansy Farm in 2020, rebuilt it after a tornado in 2023, and are currently moving to a new farming location.
